The world's lightest power wheelchair weighs only 17 kg/37.4 lbs. without batteries, 20 kg/44 lbs. with, and has a rider weight capacity of 140 kg/ 308 lbs. The DC-2 easily folds into small compartments with a width of only 10.6" it fits in the trunk of most cars and can be taken on a plane as checked baggage.
The DC-2 is made of carbon fiber making it 6x stronger and 1/3 lighter than aluminum alloys.
