Our mission is to provide you with top quality Electric Wheelchairs, Scooters and Accessories at competitive pricing and entirely at your convenience. We offer some exclusive models here that you won't find anywhere else in Canada.
We'll ship the Mobi to you at no charge within the parts of Canada served by standard ground courier service, while less served remote areas will cost extra and will be quoted separately if required. Unfortunately we cannot ship to the USA. Palleted truck shipments within Canada can also be arranged for the larger Heartway scooters billed to you at our cost. The Mobi easily ships by courier, is well packaged for protection and arrives fully assembled but for attaching the joystick controller.

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund minus the cost of return shipping, provided they are accompanied by our supplied return authorization # and are shipped to us in their original packaging exactly as first received.
Returned items must be in new selling condition and in their original packaging. To return an item you must first contact My Scooter to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please do not return items without an RA #. Returned items with no RA # will be refused or returned at the shipper’s expense. Refunds will be issued by mailed cheque immediately upon inspection of the authorized returned undamaged goods.
You are only responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to My Scooter for an otherwise full refund. We do not charge any restocking fees and we absorb the loss of our original shipping costs to you.
A returned item must be re-packaged carefully in it's original packing material and be clearly marked with our RA # on the shipping label for a credit to be processed accurately.
Improper packaging may cause shipping damage to the product being returned. This will impact the amount of credit to be refunded.
All returned items damaged due to improper packaging must be replaced and/or repaired at the sender’s expense.
If we delivered the unit to you within our service area then we will pick it up undamaged at no charge.
In summary your only cost to return an item to us for a full refund is it's shipping cost back to Edmonton, provided the above return guidelines are met. If we've done our jobs properly by recommending a suitable item for you after having discussed your needs and requirements the risk of return should be low, and to date there have been in fact no items returned.
If you do need to return an item to us collect we will send you a return shipping label and arrange for a prepaid courier pick up on a day that's convenient for you. The amount deducted from your refund will be the actual return shipping cost, provided the return packaging guidelines are met.
Your Privacy is important to us, our internet url https:// indicates that our website uses additional layers of security so your personal information is safe and secure. My Scooter does not share client data with anyone nor does it store any sensitive information such as credit card numbers once a transaction is completed.
